Note: Refunds of deposit for a cancellation of reservation are given ONLY with a 60 day notice prior to date of arrival. Final payment is due upon arrival, and no refund is given for a terminated or shortened stay after final arrival payment is made. The deposit and final payment holds the suite for you, for the benefit of both parties.
